Desde 03/2008 - Bolseira de pos-doutoramento no grupo de modelação molecular da Universidade de Aveiro.
2003 - 2007 - Doutoramento no ITQB (Universidade Nova de Lisboa) em Química com a tese "New molecular arquictetures for the encapsulation of anions".
2001 - 2003 - Bolseira de Iniciação a investigação Cientifica da FCT no ITQB.
2001 - Licenciatura em Engenharia Química pelo Instituto Superior Técnico.

Os interesses cientificos estão relacionados com os estudos computacionais de associação receptor-substrato. Sendo os receptores tanto compostos orgânicos como biológicos, e os substratos compostos com interesse biológico ou ambientais. O principal objectivo é obter um melhor conhecimento desse tipo de associações de modo a poderem ser desenvolvidos melhores receptores sintéticos e fármacos mais eficazes.
