Carolina Martins

PhD Student

short CV

Carolina has completed her MSc in Chemical Engineering in 2018, at the University of Aveiro (Portugal) and is about to defend her PhD in Chemical Engineering, also at the University of Aveiro (Portugal), while working as a research fellow of the BIOCOATING project. Her main scientific research focus is the development of thermoplastics with increased biodegradability compatible with extrusion processes through the use of agrifood byproducts as renewable and biobased feedstocks, mainly for 3D printing applications.
