  • Development and processing of advanced functional materials, including bulk, thin-film, and nanostructured ceramics, polymers, and organic materials, for applications in energy technologies (harvesting, transmission, and storage), energy efficiency, functional coatings, healthcare applications, and sustainability;
  • Imaging and manipulation of material functionalities in nanocomposites, graphene, battery and energy-related nanomaterials, electronic, ionic, semiconductor, ferroelectric and multiferroic, 2D, and quantum materials;
  • Investigation of local electrical, chemical, mechanical, electromechanical, and electrochemical properties related to the polar nature and conductivity in amino acids, peptides, cells, tissues;
  • Theoretical and experimental studies on electronic band structure in semiconductor materials and heterostructures;
  • Development of electrically and ultrasound-active biopolymer sensors;
  • Analysis of hidden cross-correlations and patterns using statistical methods and Machine Learning libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, Pandas, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
