Curriculum Vitae

Bachelor in Chemist with M.Sc in organic chemistry from Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (Brazil) and PhD in Natural Science from Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg and Leibniz-Institut für Pflanzenbiochemie (IPB), Germany. She has experience with organic chemistry, chemistry of natural products and analytical chemistry. The focus of her studies and main areas of interest are isolation, characterization and chemical modification of natural products, synthesis and functionalization of macromolecules such as dendrimers, polymers and hydrogels by multicomponent reactions, and the analysis of different materials by NMR, HPLC, IC, MS, MALDI-TOF, IR, UV-Vis, ICP-OES, among others analytical technics. She also has experience as full professor in the Chemical Engineering Department of Faculdade de Telêmaco Borba (PR, Brazil).
