Role

Science and Technology Manager at the Centre for Design and Materials Technology (CDTM), responsible for supporting the preparation and submission of R&D project proposals, including national programs such as Co-Promotion projects and Proof of Concept initiatives under Centro 2030 and COMPETE 2030, as well as international programs, namely Horizon Europe, the “la Caixa” Foundation, and Interreg.

Develops activities to identify funding opportunities and, in the context of COMPETE 2030 and CENTRO 2030 projects, provides support in contracting, project management, financial execution and the closure of research and development projects.

Also acts as a liaison between academia and industry, promoting technology transfer and innovation, notably by supporting the contracting of services with external entities.
