Executive Director of CDTM/CICECO and Advisor to the Board of Directors of CICECO
As Executive Director of CDTM, the interface unit of CICECO, responsible for ensuring the connection between research and industry, coordinating activities related to fundraising, support for the development of collaborative R&D projects and the formalisation of specialised service provision. Also promotes activities focused on the valorisation of knowledge produced at CICECO, particularly in the areas of technology transfer and innovation, supporting Intellectual and Industrial Property protection processes and the promotion of entrepreneurship, thereby contributing to strengthening CICECO’s scientific, economic and social impact.
As Advisor to the Board of Directors of CICECO, responsible for advisory functions, human resources management and team coordination, as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes. Acts as an institutional liaison (pivot) with several services of the University of Aveiro, particularly in matters related to Human Resources and GDPR compliance. Also provides decision-making support through the collection, analysis and production of strategic information, contributing to the development of management tools and the implementation of organisational practices focused on efficiency and service quality.
Appointed member of the Ethics Committee of the University of Aveiro.
