  • Química Analítica e Ambiental com especial ênfase na utilização de métodos instrumentais na caracterização da matéria orgânica extraída de águas naturais e/ou águas residuais.
  • Comparação das características estruturais da matéria orgânica natural proveniente de diferentes matrizes ambientais (por ex. águas vs. atmosfera).
  • Especialização em técnicas analíticas avançadas (Espectroscopias de RMN Mono- e Bidimensional, FTIR-ATR, Fluorescência Molecular, e UV-Vis, e Cromatografia Líquida Bidimensional) para a caracterização estrutural da matéria orgânica de aerossóis atmosféricos e de águas naturais.
