Method for measuring local magneto-electric coefficient in multi-ferroide materials and hetero-structures, involves recording emission of electrodes on optical unit for subsequent measurement of magneto-electric coefficient

abstract

NOVELTY - The method involves creating a magnetic field on a surface of an external side of multi-ferroide material or hetero-structure, and electric field between the electrodes fixed on the material or hetero-structure. The electric field is applied to a small container with a spatial resolution from 100 to 1 microns, to direct the container to fall under an angle to an outer surface of the material or hetero-structure. The electrode's emission is recorded on an optical unit for subsequent measurement of magneto-electric coefficient of a change of intensity of the optical unit.
