Welcome

We are pleased to invite you to the 12th Meeting of Portuguese Users of Synchrotron Radiation (12º Encontro Nacional de Utilizadores de Radiação de Sincrotrão), which will take place at the University of Aveiro, Portugal, on June 12th, 2026.

The goal of this meeting is to bring together the users of synchrotron radiation from different research fields, to share their experiences and achievements, and to establish new collaborations. Official representatives of synchrotron facilities, distinguished researchers, top instrument scientists and coordinators of the European programmes are invited to present new research, access and support opportunities provided by the large-scale infrastructures in EU and UK. Therefore, this meeting is expected to be valuable for both the  current users of synchrotron radiation and the potential users - those who would like to learn more about the opportunities available for adding value to their own research programmes.

Portuguese users of synchrotron radiations are welcome to communicate their results as well as successful stories of synchrotron-based experiments via oral and poster presentations.

All abstracts submitted before the deadline will be considered by the Organising Committee and recommended either for oral or poster presentation.

The attendance is free, but registration is mandatory.
