Role

Science and Technology Manager at the Centre for Design and Technology of Materials (CDTM), responsible for coordinating the management of Research and Development (R&D) projects. Carries out activities related to the identification and analysis of national and international funding opportunities, providing strategic support for the preparation of applications to competitive funding programmes, particularly programmes fostering Industry interaction, such as the Business Research and Innovation Incentive Systems (Co-Promotion, Proofs of Concept, EUREKA, etc.). Supports the processes of project contracting, management, financial and human resources execution, and closure of funded projects under PORTUGAL 2030, CENTRO 2030 and COMPETE 2030, including Co-Promotion and Proof of Concept initiatives. Acts as an interface between academia and industry, promoting technology transfer, knowledge valorisation and innovation.
