abstract Biphasic ceramic mixtures of different hydroxyapatite and beta-tricalciumphosphate (beta-TCP) ratios and single phase beta-TCP were prepared by a wet chemical process by adjusting the initial Ca/P ratios of the precursors under constant pH and temperature conditions.
