Article in Science from former member CICECO

The researcher Nicola Pinna published an article in the prestigious journal Science, based on work as a researcher at the Center for Research in Ceramics and Composites (CICECO), University of Aveiro, which demonstrates the good performance of new materials for electrodes in batteries of lithium-ion. In this case, it is oxide nanocrystals iron structure with box-shaped hollow that showed good properties as anode materials.
