Sónia Isabel Neto Pedro

PhD Student

Short CV

Born in March 3rd, in Alentejo, Sónia N. Pedro obtained her BSc degree in Biochemistry from University of Aveiro, Portugal, in 2014. Posteriorly, by the end of 2016, she completed her MSc degree in Biochemistry, with specialization in Clinical Biochemistry, in the same university. Currently is a PhD student in CICECO - Aveiro Institute of Materials in Biochemistry, at University of Aveiro, Portugal.

Her current interest of research and thesis are focused in the reserach of novel formulations of active pharmaceutical ingredients with enhanced characteristics and the study and development of biopolymer-based drug delivery systems.
