Oxygen delignification in aqueous organic solvents media

abstract

The fundamentals of oxygen delignification in aqueous organic solvents media are presented and the pulping results of different kinds of woods are reviewed. The technique of oxygen delignification in organic solvent-water solutions is considered as a promising approach for pulp production and for comprehensive lignocellulosics refining. Recent advances in oxygen-organosolv delignification using the oxidative catalysts are presented.
