Innovative tools to treat and model complex cancer environments

Description

Funded by the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions programme, the TheraTools project will create a multidisciplinary research and training network to focus on the technological development of scientific tools to study malignant tumours localised beyond a biological barrier, as in the case of brain tumours. The TheraTools consortium will provide high-quality training opportunities across different disciplines, covering all stages of drug development, for nine early-stage researchers with the opportunity to obtain double doctorate degrees in two countries. The objective is to open enhanced career perspectives for young scientists in both the academic and non-academic sectors through international, interdisciplinary, and inter-sectorial mobility combined with an outstanding level of training.
